Only For Women Who Need to Lose Weight - Skinny Secrets For a Beautiful Beach Body Revealed

In this article I'd like to speak to ONLY the women out there who NEED to lose weight. (Sorry Guys!) If you are anything like MANY of the women who read my articles and online weight loss blog, you probably have found yourself MORE than one time on the wrong side of the dieting yo-yo side of the street. Statistically speaking, women are FAR more likely to try (and fail) to lose weight on multiple occasions than our male counterparts. (although ARGUABLY, men just give UP a lot earlier in life than we do!) If you fall into this ignominious group of habitual dieters, read on as I offer a suggestion I do believe will help you FINALLY meet ( and greet!) your ideal body shape and weight loss goals to boot. My belief, and personal experience is that MOST diets fail US - not the other way around. I believe that simplicity is key - and that with the ever evolving, constantly changing and OFTEN hypocritical nature of weight loss advice that permeates our culture, it is NO surprise that many of us are confused and at wits end. One day low fat is good - and then we find out that high fat is actually better. Or is it low carb today? Everything CHANGES so incredibly fast...that is you are using the litmus test of medical consensus to make UP your mind, you will SURELY spend your lifetime overweight. Here is the simple rule that will NEVER change: To lose one pound of weight, you need to expend 3500 MORE calories than you consume. Focusing your efforts STRICTLY on a tasty, but LOW calorie diet is the ONLY way I know of efficiently and accurately LOSE real weight in a hurry.

Meal replacement diets are simply my personal FAVORITE way of accomplishing this. They have done all of the HEAVY lifting for you (no pun intended..:-) by counting the calories, factoring in the proper nutritional ratios, and REMOVED all of the thinking and indecision that plagues most women who try diet regularly. In my experience, most of the women I know will spend MORE time crafting the perfect diet plan, (based on the latest, greatest day time TV rage) and LESS time actually ON the diet itself. As you don't need ME to tell you, this will quite simply NEVER work! You need to PICK a path and stick to it...and for ME, a simple meal replacement diet was the MIRACLE and magic I needed to get OFF my butt and make it happen!

And as I'm SURE you probably already know, the Medifast movement has SWEPT the internet by storm and created a sea of slim, fit & BEAUTIFUL people in it's wake! ( and these are people just like you and I who have NEVER had luck on any diet program before!)
